For me, Sg. Sedim is one of the best place that I've ever visit AND one of the best place for Water Rafting race.

Water Rafting is one of the most popular water sports in the world .

SIRNA 2013 White Water Race Sedim 

The race held on 16 November 2013, but during 14th and 15 November , me and my teams already there. Arrived at 11.30pm (14th November 2013). Do the campsite, the training for white water rafting and kayaking on the next day and the real race on 16th.

Its my 1st time joining this kind of expedition, before this extreme activity is one of activity that I've always avoid . During my secondary and primary school I 

only get involve with activity in Police Cadet and  JPAM.

1st time doing the extreme activity,

1st time joining whitewater sports challenge,

AND 

1st time winning 1st place for the 1st time doing this kind of race.

Crush...

Crime - Rape ?

Current issues . .

Sexual abuse and rape are not new , this day these vices have been rooted in  history and will exist if they are not confronted on face. These are heinous crimes that undermine the nature of the society and should not go un-addressed. 

Since these issues also exist is Muslim families, we need to emphasize the techings of Islam regarding the values of human life. According to islam, human life is a sacred gift from ALLAH so the sanctity of life should be preserved.

In Islam, respect for human life has been stressed upon unstintingly and all promiscuous relationships have been forbidden irrespective of the position or status of the women in question. 

As a general rule, all forms of physical, mental, emotional and spiritual tortures have been forbidden in Islam. Punishment has been designated for this heinous crime. In the days of the Holy Prophet, rapist was inflicted with punishment on the solitary evidence of the rape victim.

Rape as a crime, has been interpreted in the category of “Hiraba” by legal Islamic scholars. Hiraba is described as a single person or group of people causing killing, public disruption, forcibly taking property or money, attacking or raping women, killing cattle, or disrupting agriculture. 

In Islam, sexual pleasure and autonomy is a fundamental right for both men and women. Rape as hiraba is a crime that employs sexual intercourse as weapon. Hiraba does not require the testimony of four witnesses to prove the offense. Islamic law bestows ownership rights to parts of one’s body and the right to compensate in terms of any harm done to any of those parts. This is called the law of Jirah, which entitles a person harmed to appropriate compensation under Islamic jurisprudence. 

The foundation of a marital relationship is affection and love between the spouses, not control and power. Rape is prohibited in such a relationship. School of Islamic law has stated that if a woman is harmed through sexual intercourse, she should be given a financial compensation for the disgrace.

Jirah also covers the aspect that if a physical harm or disease is caused by a spouse, a claim for jirah compensation is due. It is very important not to confuse the argument on the mutual rights that a marital couple has on each other with the distorted, misguided and misogynist belief that women become a husband’s property. Islam does not permit or allow ownership of human beings. Islam always treats people on equality.

Human dignity does not permit that any one person has the right to own another human being and Islam appeals that all humans respect the humanity of everyone.

Fever + Insomnia...

Huh ??

GOOD EVENING YOU ALL!!

Aha ! Fever + Insomnia today's entry. 

Haha (>.<) actually its not about that , fever because now i'm in mid-term exam seasons.

So, its quite stressful for me actually .

Insomnia because i didn't sleep enough . Only asleep at least 5 - 6 hours a day lately 

or less. 

So yesterday , i've started my first paper for subject 

Organizational Behavior at 5.30pm - 7.00p.m . 

Thanks to ALLAH SWT the question not so hard and not so cheap.

ALHAMDULILLAH i can answer all of the question given . ^___^

I've also done my economy paper today , but ...
it was really tough question :'( 

Next, it will be on October 28 , paper financial management . 
And on October 30 it will be my comp.application paper hope everything will be just fine.

MTB Mount Jerai Challenge

I just came back from joining activity that held at Gunung Jerai.

I've waiting for this moment for a long time . Finally, I can see by my own eyes and feel it myself the cold of the weather, the wind, the rain, the clouds falling up there ^_^

Actually, I've nothing to do with this activity but my KO-K lecturer is one of the important person in Pejabat Pelajaran Negeri Kedah. He need to be there, in charge for the activity so instead of he's gonna cancel the class, he take this as a opportunity for us to learn how to handle a big event. 

All semester 2 from ko-k Kembara take the chance to join, to be part of the volunteer.

 Just for 2 days 1 night activity , September 27 and 28.
September 27 just a simple and short briefing about our duty and what we should do. September 28 was the day that held the MTB mount Jerai Challenge.

My lecturer Mr Rahim as we all call him "Cikgu". He divide us to a small group so that everyone has a job to do. So, everyone have their own things to do . I get a duty to stay at the last Checkpoint, located at the top of Gunung Jerai !!!! ^_^

Its my 2nd entries. Entries for today I just want to say something about our country nowadays.

Of course it involve our new generation, our daily lifestyle in Malaysia. Day by day moving towards the millennium. 

Our technology nowadays become more and more dangerous and unstoppable. Technology that involve in smartphone, camera and lots of it. All the gadgets and have access to the internet. 

Nowadays everyone afford to have it and know how to use it, even the small kids know how to used the smart phone and tabs. 

The most feared situation when the kids under ages surfing the internet by themselves. They might be watching a website that contain negative things that can give a bad influence to kids. 

So, as a parents you should be aware of all this problems. Being a good and smart parents is important, parents should know how to control their child on using the gadgets and surfing internet. 

Overseas country such as UK they control the internet network so that the negative things can be avoided. Such as piracy and hacking or any other crime.   

Next, I want to say about the thing that people around the world post in their Facebook, Twitter, InstaGram, YouTube and many more. When the technology level higher, people will used it to the wrong way. Record a video, or taking picture of something in order to get somebody attention. 

Sometimes posting a picture or video that have element of sexual.

This matter may be something big one day. That kind of thing can attract someones attention that have bad intention in his/her head. So we as adult need to help them, before its too late.

We have to avoid them from doing wrong to their life. They still young and still don't know the consequences of what they do. 

PLEASE MONITOR AND OBSERVE WHAT YOUR CHILD DOING EVERYDAY

 IF YOU LOVE THEM.
